Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unsere Bilder, die wir über uns selbst, über andere und sogar über die Organisation haben, nehmen Einfluss auf unsere Emotionen und unser Handeln. In diesem Kapitel dreht sich alles darum, wie wir uns dieser oft unerkannten Bilder bewusst werden, sie aktiv in die Hand nehmen und ggf. neu modellieren können. Weiter geht es um ein tiefes Verstehen im Hören und Schauen auf diese Bilder in der Kommunikation mit Ihren Mitarbeitern und damit um eine gelingende Kommunikation, die letztlich entwicklungsfördernden Charakter hat. Hierbei spielen unsere Motive eine große Rolle. Auf der organisationalen Ebene treffen Sie hier auf die Themen der Feedbackkultur und der Unternehmens-Identität. Doch wie in jedem Kapitel beginnen Sie auch hier wieder mit sich selbst. Was sind Ihre Motive, zu führen? Warum sind Sie Führungskraft? Welche Rolle nehmen Sie ein und sind Sie sich dieser bewusst?
