Zusammenfassung Sie sind wichtig. Sie als Person sind nicht nur eine Arbeitskraft für Ihr Unternehmen. Sie haben als Führungskraft eine tragende Rolle an vielen Schnittstellen innerhalb Ihres Unternehmens. In dieser Rolle sind Sie ein Vorbild für Ihre Mitarbeiter. Immer! Sie werden in diesem Kapitel erfahren, welches Kraftpotenzial Sie in Ihrer Führungsrolle in sich tragen, Kraft für Gestaltung, für Führungsarbeit und für Veränderung. Sie werden lernen, was die Vorbildfunktion genau bedeutet und warum sie so wichtig ist. Auch werden Sie erfahren, was kongruentes Verhalten ist und warum es Vertrauen fördert. Wenn Sie nun also im Aufbau von Vertrauen bei sich selbst anfangen möchten, dann ist das genau der richtige Weg.
