Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die meisten der vorherigen Kapitel handeln von Methoden, die bereits im klassischen bzw. traditionellen Prozessmanagement entwickelt wurden. Diese Art des Prozessmanagements bedingt ein stabiles Umfeld des Prozesses. Doch aktuell werden viele Prozesse durch eine hohe Dynamik ihres Umfeldes geprägt, nicht zuletzt durch die Digitalisierung der Prozesse. Das Kapitel beschreibt, wie es mit Hilfe der organisationalen Ambidextrie gelingen kann, sowohl den stabilen als auch den dynamischen Aspekten im Prozessmanagement gerecht zu werden.
