Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Prozessmanager, dessen Aktivitäten den Inhalt des Kap. 12 bilden, begleitet die jeweiligen Fachprozesse in ihrem Lebenszyklus. ‚Begleiten‘ bedeutet, Prozessparameter zu erheben, Steine in der operativen Ausführung aus dem Weg zu räumen sowie Verbesserungen zu erkennen und umzusetzen. Ein spezielles Augenmerk wird auf die Nahtstelle zum IT-Management gelegt, indem der Prozessmanager sich die Grundlagen des Anforderungsmanagements aneignet und somit die Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung ihrer IT-Anforderungen unterstützt.
