Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Modellierer, wie er in Kap. 10 beschrieben wird, ist in erster Linie die visualisierende Rolle des Prozessmanagements. Das Ziel seiner Tätigkeit besteht im Veranschaulichen komplizierter Sachverhalte durch geeignete Grafiken sowie deren Dokumentation. Die dafür erforderlichen Tätigkeiten des Vorbereitens und Durchführens der Modellierung sowie des Qualitätssicherns der Arbeitsergebnisse werden im Kap. 10 ausführlich beschrieben. Zu Beginn des Kapitels wird notwendiges Wissen zu Modellen bereitgestellt.
