Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 8 schließt den Kreis und widmet sich der Fragestellung, was nun einen „guten“ Aufsichtsrat bzw. einen guten Director ausmacht. Vieles lässt sich nach der Lektüre der vorhergehenden Kapitel schlussfolgern, jedoch ist es durchaus angebracht, hier nun persönlicher zu werden und zu zeigen, was konkret einen guten – oder auch einen weniger guten – Aufsichtsrat bzw. Director ausmacht. Hier kommen nun drei Aufsichtsrätinnen deutscher Konzerne zu Wort, die mit den verschiedenen Perspektiven einer stellv. AR-Vorsitzenden (Arbeitnehmervertreterin), einer Aufsichtsrätin einer Tochtergesellschaft (Vertreterin der Muttergesellschaft) und einer Aufsichtsrätin (Arbeitnehmervertrerin von Seiten der Gewerkschaft) auf die Aufsichtsratsarbeit blicken und diese kommentieren und erläutern.
