Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem einführenden Kapitel werden überblicksartig zunächst die Grundlagen der Conjointanalyse mit ihrer Entwicklung und Einordnung in die multivariaten Verfahren diskutiert sowie die wichtigsten Varianten – die bewertungsbasierte und die auswahlbasierte Conjointanalyse – und deren Verbreitung in Forschung und Praxis erläutert. Es folgen ein Anwendungsbeispiel und eine Übersicht über Stärken und Schwächen der Conjointanalyse sowie ein Softwareüberblick zur Gestaltung und Durchführung von Conjointanalysen bis hin zu ersten konkreten R-Codes. Die vorgestellten Inhalte werden in den nachfolgenden Kapiteln dieses Buches vertieft und erweitert.
