Abstract

Zusammenfassung Damit Nachbesetzungen von Top-Führungspositionen erfolgreich gelingen, genügt nicht die fachliche Eignung von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten allein. Es braucht eine zusätzliche Anschlussfähigkeit zwischen den Wertvorstellungen, dem Verhalten und den Überzeugungen der Menschen und der Identität einer Non-Profit-Organisation. Im Idealfall lassen sich Führungskraft und Gesamtorganisation auf einen gemeinsamen Entwicklungsprozess ein, in dem wechselseitige Erwartungen abgeglichen und zukunftsfähige Antworten gestaltet werden.
