Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel fokussiert sich auf strategische Fragen, die sich Entscheidungsträger vor der Integration von KI in Unternehmen stellen sollten. Im ersten Unterkapitel wird die Notwendigkeit einer sorgfältigen Bewertung von KI-Anwendungen vor ihrer Implementierung hervorgehoben, wobei betont wird, dass kein universeller Ansatz existiert und eine individuelle Betrachtung erforderlich ist. Das zweite Unterkapitel stellt das KI-Canvas-Modell vor, basierend auf dem Business Model Canvas von Osterwalder, das als praxistaugliches Werkzeug zur Entscheidungsfindung über die Implementierung von KI dient, indem es wichtige Fragestellungen zusammenstellt. Im dritten Unterkapitel wird durch die Einbeziehung ethischer Aspekte der Bezug zum Services Management dargestellt. Ein KI-Kodex oder ethische Überlegungen, gerade im Hinblick auf Datenschutz, Transparenz und Verantwortlichkeit, sind zentral für die vertrauenswürdige Anwendung von KI im Services Management.
