Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der heutigen Zeit, geprägt von stetigem technologischem Wandel und steigenden Kundenbedürfnissen, wird die Integration von KI im Services Management immer wichtiger. Für Unternehmen, die sich entschlossen haben, den Weg der digitalen Transformation mit KI zu beschreiten, dient dieser Leitfaden als Überblick und Anstoß, sich erstmalig oder weiter mit KI im Services Management auseinanderzusetzen. Er bietet nicht nur Einblicke und Anleitungen, sondern ist auch ein Zeugnis dafür, dass das Verständnis und die Auseinandersetzung mit KI-Anwendung in Form von Pilotprojekten essenziell sind, um in der heutigen Geschäftswelt erfolgreich zu sein.
