Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag greift das Thema HR-Analytics auf und konkretisiert dieses am Beispiel einer Global-Engagement-Erhebung, die bei Beiersdorf seit 2021 umgesetzt wird. Beleuchtet werden zunächst Voraussetzungen, wie die Bedeutung von Engagement im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie und -philosophie sowie die Einbindung von HR-Analytics in ein modernes Human Resource Management (HRM). Anschließend wird die Global-Engagement-Erhebung vorgestellt sowie Vorgehen und Umsetzung diskutiert. Die Darstellungen schließen mit einer Betrachtung der Lessons Learned.
