Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Potenziale avancierter Technologien auszuschöpfen ist ein strategisches Zukunftsthema, dem sich Organisationen stellen müssen, um langfristig wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Grundlegend dafür ist die Entwicklung von Datenkompetenz in der Belegschaft sowie die Etablierung einer starken Datenkultur. Zunächst muss das Management überzeugt werden, dies als Priorität aufzugreifen. Um die Organisation als Ganzes nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln, sollten Kompetenz- und Kulturtransformation ineinandergreifen und die Fachbereiche Freiheiten bekommen, um die Initiative nach ihren Bedürfnissen weiterzuentwickeln. Durch den Aufbau eines Wissensökosystems sowie die Begleitung im Anwendungsprozess kann wirksame Weiterbildung gleichzeitig individualisiert und skaliert werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag verdeutlicht anhand eines Praxisbeispiels bei Siemens wie dies gelingen kann.
