Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der technologische Wandel gepaart mit der sich verändernden demografischen Verteilung rückt Personalentwicklung verstärkt in den Vordergrund. Damit Unternehmen wettbewerbsfähig bleiben, müssen sie sicherstellen, dass ihre Mitarbeitenden den sich wandelnden Anforderungen gerecht werden. Personalentwicklung als reine Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen zu betrachten, greift zu kurz. Damit Personalentwicklung nachhaltig ist und einen Einfluss auf die strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens hat, muss sie zielgerichtet sein. Das erfordert jedoch eine systematische Grundlage, auf der die Planung der konkreten Maßnahmen stattfinden kann. In der Praxis ist es mit großem Aufwand verbunden diese Grundlage zu schaffen. Die Nutzung von Daten und künstlicher Intelligenz kann dabei helfen den Aufwand zu reduzieren und die Qualität zu erhöhen.
