Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Ableitung datengestützter Entscheidungen, Vorhersagen und Strategien mithilfe von HR-Analytics nimmt im Talentmanagement von Organisationen eine zunehmend wichtige Rolle ein. In diesem Beitrag werden die Treiber für den Einsatz von HR-Analytics, der Status quo in Unternehmen sowie zukünftige Entwicklungen ebenso in den Blick genommen, wie die Chancen und Herausforderungen bei der Implementierung von datenbasierten Talentstrategien. Neben der Diskussion von möglichen Analytics-Anwendungen in den zentralen Handlungsfeldern des Talentmanagements werden insbesondere Aspekte der Kompetenzentwicklung betrachtet. Im Fokus stehen dabei auch veränderte Qualifikationsbedarfe und relevante Future Skills bei HR-Professionals selbst.
