Abstract

Zusammenfassung Emotionale Intelligenz (EI) spielt in der Geschäftswelt eine immer wichtigere Rolle, ist jedoch im akademischen Aus- und Weiterbildungssystem noch nicht flächendeckend etabliert. In diesem Beitrag wird durch Darstellung der DeepSkill-Methodik aufgezeigt, wie Unternehmen die Lücke zwischen aktuellen und zukünftig gefragten Skills durch die nachhaltige Schulung von EI schließen können. Die grundlegende Frage hierbei lautet, wie Lernprogramme didaktisch aufgebaut sein müssen, um Unternehmen dazu zu befähigen, EI in der Organisation zu fördern. Neue Perspektiven durch die technologiegestützte Messung von Lernerfolgen werden ebenso diskutiert, wie die Vorteile und Chancen, die sich für Unternehmen durch die Schulung von EI nach dem vorgestellten Konzept ergeben.
