Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Human Resource Management (HRM) und das Corporate Learning (CL) befinden sich in einem tiefgreifenden Wandlungsprozess, der neue Tätigkeiten, Rollen und Aufgaben hervorbringt. Zur erfolgreichen Bewältigung und Gestaltung komplexer Veränderungsdynamiken sind zukunftsorientierte Handlungskompetenzen (Future Skills) erforderlich, mit denen sich Personaler:innen und Professionals im Bereich Learning & Development in doppelter Hinsicht befassen müssen. Sie müssen einerseits das Vorhandensein von Future Skills in der Organisation sicherstellen, andererseits das eigene Tätigkeitsfeld und Skillset zukunftsfähig gestalten. Dieser Beitrag entschlüsselt, welche Wandlungstreiber die Anforderungen an HR-Professionals verändern, welche Rolle Future Skills in relevanten Handlungsfeldern spielen und mit welchen Kompetenzen sich HRM und CL zukunftsfähig aufstellen können. Ein besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei Kompetenzanforderungen in einer technologie- und KI-geprägten Arbeitswelt.
