Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag werden Future Skills aus einer eignungsdiagnostischen Perspektive diskutiert. Ein Fokus liegt darin, zu klären, welche Kompetenzen als Future Skills bezeichnet und wie sie mittels eignungsdiagnostischer Verfahren erfasst werden können. Dabei sollen neben den „klassischen“ eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren (z. B. Leistungstests, Potenzialanalysen, Interviews, 360-Grad-Feedback) auch neue Methoden des Skill-Assessments beleuchtet werden, die durch den Einsatz von Technologien wie künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) entstehen. Dabei werden auch die Herausforderungen und Grenzen der Anwendung digitaler Technologien in der Diagnostik von Future Skills diskutiert.
