Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) revolutioniert das Future-Skills-Management im Finanzsektor. Mit der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung müssen bis 2025 bis zu 50 % der Arbeitskräfte neu qualifiziert werden, um mit den technologischen Entwicklungen Schritt zu halten. Der vorliegende Beitrag diskutiert die Herausforderungen sowie die Notwendigkeit von kompetenzorientierten Organisationen und beleuchtet die Rolle von KI bei der Bewertung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitendenkompetenzen. Am Beispiel der Cyber Security wird aufgezeigt, wie relevante Future Skills identifiziert werden können. Lösungsansätze wie Talent-Intelligence-Technologien werden vorgestellt, die personalisierte Lernwege und Karriereentwicklung fördern, um die Agilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im Finanzsektor zu steigern.
