Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Fit for Future – Die Erfolgsfaktoren der Fraunhofer-Lernlabore“ beschäftigt sich, ausgehend von der Grundidee eines Lernlabors, mit den Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen, die bei der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und dem Betrieb der Lernlabore der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft aufgetreten sind. Dabei wird ein Bogen von den Anfängen des ersten Lernlabors für Cybersicherheit im Jahr 2016 bis hin zum neuesten Lernlabor für Batteriezellen gespannt. Den Abschluss bildet der Ausblick auf das nächste geplante Lernlabor ab 2024, das sich speziell an die öffentliche Hand (dazu zählen u. a. Ministerien, Behörden, Gebietskörperschaften, Anstalten öffentlichen Rechts sowie privatrechtliche Unternehmen in öffentlichem Eigentum) richtet. Eine besondere Rolle spielt bei all dem das Förderprojekt TRIPLEADAPT, da hier die Lerntechnologien getestet werden, die später in den Fraunhofer Lernlaboren zum Einsatz kommen. Neben Lessons Learned werden in diesem Artikel die Transformationsherausforderungen herausgearbeitet, denen sich Lernlabore kontinuierlich stellen müssen.
