Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Deutschland entwickelt sich eine veritable Szene von jungen EdTech-Unternehmen mit interessanten Produkten und Services für das Corporate Learning. Gründungszentren und Venture-Capital-Geber leisten hierbei eine gute Unterstützung. Allerdings besteht auch hier noch ein großes Entwicklungspotenzial. Gesucht werden Maßnahmen und Wege, wie man die Unternehmen in Zukunft besser fördern kann. Hierfür geht der Blick ins Ausland zu Clustern von EdTech-Unternehmen in verschiedenen europäischen Regionen. Die hier zusammengefassten Ergebnisse einer Studie im Auftrag der Bielefelder Founders Foundation zeigen die unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkte und Rahmenbedingungen für die Bildungs-Start-ups in diesen Clustern. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Unternehmen, die innovative KI-Technologien einsetzen. Aus dieser Analyse werden Empfehlungen für die deutsche EdTech-Szene abgeleitet, die auch für Bildungsverantwortliche in Unternehmen bei der Planung künftiger Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen wichtig sein können.
