Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für Museen sind Soziale Medien ein idealer Kommunikationskanal. Denn Museen besitzen gesellschaftliche Relevanz, vermitteln Wissen und haben – wie das Deutsche Museum – unter anderem großartige Fotos zu bieten. Alles Dinge, die für den Kommunikationserfolg von entscheidender Bedeutung sind. Dieser Kommunikationserfolg stellt sich aber nur ein, wenn auch die Reichweite stimmt. Der Autor, Pressesprecher beim Deutschen Museum und auch für den Bereich Social Media verantwortlich, gibt in diesem Beitrag Praxistipps für Reichweitenerfolge und berichtet über einen waschechten Shitstorm.
