Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit Community-Management als zentralem Bestandteil von Social-Media-Management. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie Organisationen durch die Interaktion mit Followerinnen und Followern die Beziehung zu ihrer Zielgruppe vertiefen können und welche strategischen Fragen dabei entscheidend sind. Außerdem geben der Autor und die Autorin Tipps für das Community-Management in der Praxis und werfen einen Blick auf die Zukunft, vor allem hinsichtlich der wachsenden Bedeutung von künstlicher Intelligenz.
