Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer Social Media fürs Marketing nutzt, muss einige rechtliche Regelungen beachten: Die Vorgaben der sozialen Netzwerke, Namensrechte, Anforderungen an ein Impressum, Urheberrechte, Persönlichkeitsrechte sowie das Datenschutzrecht. Weitere Gesetze geben vor, wie redaktionelle Inhalte von werblichen zu trennen sind und wann Postings oder Videos als „Werbung“ zu kennzeichnen sind. Werden dennoch Rechte verletzt, stellt sich die Frage, wer dafür eigentlich haftet. Im besten Fall passieren solche Fehler aber gar nicht erst – nach Lektüre dieses Beitrags stehen die Chancen dafür gut!
