Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Schauseite der Organisation wird durch Kommunikation und Inszenierung geschaffen, um nach außen die Akzeptanz zu steigern sowie nach innen, um Konflikte zu vermeiden. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet Parallelen zwischen Shakespeares Theaterstücken und den dynamischen Strukturen moderner Unternehmen. Durch die Analogie zum Theater wird veranschaulicht, wie Beziehungen, Machtspiele und individuelle Dramen in Organisationen funktionieren. Deutlich wird dies bei der Inszenierung von Hauptversammlungen als dramatische Schauplätze und der Rolle des Impressionsmanagements. Der Beitrag bietet theoretische Einsichten und Anregungen für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeiter und Organisationsentwickler, um die Dynamiken und Herausforderungen im Unternehmen besser zu verstehen. Der Einblick in die Welt des Theaters skizziert auch wie die theatralische Struktur von Konflikten, Identitäten und menschlichen Beziehungen in Shakespeares Werken als Spiegel für die Komplexität und die menschlichen Dramen in Unternehmen dienen können. Der Schein wird „zur zweiten Realität“ doch wahr ist, was funktioniert.
