Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch informierte über die Entwicklungslinien der Gesellschaft und die Etablierung von Organisationen in der Wirtschaft wurden dargestellt und diskutiert. Im Gleichschritt zur Gründung von Produktionsstätten im 19. Jahrhundert bis zum Hightech-Unternehmen heute haben sich auch die Theoriebildung in der Organisations- und Managementforschung herausgebildet. Gegenwärtig befinden sie sich im Reifestadium und innovative Ansätze nutzen immer häufiger ein Cross-over von Methoden verbunden mit einem Theorie-Pluralismus. Auch, wie hier gezeigt, können neue Sichtweisen und Ideen erzeugt werden, wenn andere Disziplinen wie die Psychologie, Geschichts- oder Theaterwissenschaften eingebunden werden.
