Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird der kontextorientierte Ansatz vorgestellt, um die Notwendigkeit aufzuzeigen, dass Veränderung nicht losgelöst von gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Entwicklungen, die durch die Mitarbeiter in jedes Unternehmen getragen werden, stattfinden kann. Alte und neue Megatrends wie die großflächige Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz in allen Bereichen erfordern ein dynamisches und kontextorientiertes Vorgehen und ein gutes Verständnis nicht nur von Workshop-Techniken im Change-Management, sondern auch Einblicke, wie man dauerhaft mit immer neuen Einflüssen aus der Umwelt umgehen kann. Konsequenterweise muss sich das klassische Change-Management auch verändern, um diesen Entwicklungen Rechnung tragen zu können. Der Rahmen dieses Buches wird durch den Postmodernismus, Komplexitätstheorie und Konstruktivismus repräsentiert und stellt den polykontextuellen Ansatz für dieses Buch dar. Die soziologische Systemtheorie ist dabei die Referenztheorie, die als Basis für den Erkenntnisgewinn dient.
