Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eines der ältesten und effektivsten Marketinginstrumente im digitalen Direktmarketing ist die E-Mail. Wo sonst hast du schon die Chance, 1:1 mit deinem (potenziellen) Kunden zu kommunizieren? E-Mail-Marketing hat viele Vorteile, denn richtig umgesetzt kannst du persönliche Beziehungen aufbauen, deine Markenbekanntheit steigern, Content gezielt ausspielen und so deine Kunden begeistern. Falsch angewendet landen deine E-Mails ungeöffnet im Spam-Ordner. In diesem Kapitel vermitteln wir dir die wichtigsten Leitplanken zum Aufbau deines E-Mail-Marketings. Wir zeigen dir, welche Spielarten es gibt, wie du das richtige Tool findest und wie du so deine Marketingziele erreichst.
