Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was bringen all die großartigen Marketingaktionen und Tools, wenn es niemanden gibt, der diese gewinnbringend einzusetzen weiß? Zu oft haben wir erlebt, dass Marketing in B2B-Unternehmen auf den Schultern von Personen liegt, die eigentlich eine andere Rolle zu erfüllen haben. So kann es schnell passieren, dass Marketingaufgaben „nebenbei“ von der Teamassistenz, der HR oder dem CEO selbst erledigt werden. Dass Marketing ein Vollzeitjob ist und die richtigen Skills erfordert, sollte nach den vorangegangenen Kapiteln jedem klar sein. In diesem Kapitel erfährst du nun, wie du dein Marketing-Team aufbaust.
