Abstract

Zusammenfassung Hybride und digitale Eventformate haben längst ihren Weg in das Marketing-Potpourri von Unternehmen gefunden. Ein Livestream über Facebook oder Instagram macht jedoch noch lange kein hybrides Event. Im Kern geht es darum, das Online-Publikum gleichermaßen wie Teilnehmer vor Ort in die physische Veranstaltung interaktiv zu integrieren. Richtig durchgeführt, kannst du so das Beste aus zwei Welten kombinieren: persönliches Kundenerlebnis und große Reichweite. Wer Eventmarketing zur Kundenbindung oder zum Aufbau einer loyalen Community betreibt, muss allerdings viel investieren und Durchhaltevermögen beweisen. Hier erfährst du, wie du die digitale und die reale Eventwelt so verheiratest, dass du langfristig ein hohes Engagement bei deinen Interessensgruppen erzielst.
