Social Selling hört sich erst einmal eher nach einem reinen Vertriebsthema an. Trotzdem gehört es nicht (nur) in den Zuständigkeitsbereich deiner Vertriebskollegen. In diesem Kapitel erfährst du, was unter Social Selling aktuell verstanden wird, wieso es dich als B2B-Marketer interessieren sollte, und was und wen du benötigst, um dein Unternehmen damit erfolgreich zu machen.
