Abstract

Job sharing is a work model that is increasingly in demand not only from applicants and employees, but also from managers in recent times due to changing expectations of personal work and life design. Job sharing means that a position is filled by two people together. If a company offers such opportunities, it increases the employer’s attractiveness both internally and externally. To ensure successful implementation, careful conception and concrete implementation planning are essential. In addition to organizational and technical questions, a close and trusting working relationship in tandem as well as a good cultural anchoring of the concept in the company are important key factors.
