Abstract

The future of work begins with providing the greatest possible freedom for employees. Working hours and locations should be as flexible as possible. This flexibility makes companies attractive to applicants and increases employee satisfaction (and thus their tenure in the company). For this to work in practice, a set of rules and regulations is needed, that must also take into account the current legal situation. Corporate culture becomes increasingly important the farther individual employees are from each other. The workSPACE concept of sayang.gmbh combines remote work, flexible working hours, and free time management with a respectful corporate culture. It keeps both the well-being of all employees and the satisfaction of clients and customers in mind.
