Abstract

Zusammenfassung Technologische Fortschritte im Bereich generativer KI verändern Interaktionsdynamiken zwischen Unternehmen und ihren jeweiligen Zielgruppen grundlegend. Durch die zunehmende Ähnlichkeit von menschlich und algorithmisch generierten Inhalten wächst die Bedeutsamkeit der Integration fortgeschrittener KI-Systeme im Marketingkontext. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind schon jetzt vielfältig: von der Generierung von Marketinginhalten in Text-, Bild- oder Videoform bis hin zur Analyse und Interpretation großer Datenmengen und konzeptioneller Unterstützung im Marketingbereich. Das wirft essenzielle Fragen bezüglich des Einflusses dieser Technologien auf die Arbeitsweise von Marketing Professionals auf. Insbesondere der Sektor des Content Marketings erscheint prädestiniert für die Implementierung generativer KI.
