Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel beschreibt die Perspektiven, Umsetzung und Auswirkungen eines zusätzlichen Bildungsangebots in beruflichen Schulen. Der Begriff „zusätzliches Bildungsangebot“ bezieht sich auf Erweiterungen des Lehrplans um Fächer oder Kompetenzen, Angebote im Bereich der beruflichen Orientierung, individuelle Förderung, berufliche Weiterbildung und digitale Kompetenzen. Die Umsetzung des zusätzlichen Bildungsangebots erfordert Finanzierung und Ressourcen, Curriculum-Entwicklung, Ausbildung und Fortbildung des Lehrpersonals sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen und Institutionen. Die Auswirkungen des zusätzlichen Bildungsangebots können eine Verbesserung der beruflichen Perspektiven der Schülerinnen und Schüler, die Erhöhung der Attraktivität beruflicher Schulen und die Stärkung der Leistungsfähigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Unternehmen sein.
