Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Artikel wird die Bedeutung des Zugangs zu betrieblichen Arbeitsprozessen aufgezeigt, um darauf basierend berufliche Arbeitsprozesse zu generieren, die das Fundament für die Gestaltung von Lern- und Arbeitsaufgaben sind. Unterstützt wird diese Herangehensweise durch die Definition von fünf arbeitsprozessbezogenen Paradigmen, die aufzeigen, dass die Arbeitswelt erheblichen Veränderungen unterliegt und nicht mehr mit traditionellen, fachsystematischen Ansätzen erschlossen werden kann.
