Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird der Umgang mit Heterogenität in der beruflichen Bildung adressiert. Es wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwiefern Lehrpersonen AI-basierte Technologien (Artificial Intelligence – AI) nutzen können, um zielgruppenspezifisches Lernmaterial in Form von Fallvignetten zu erstellen. Die zielgerichtete Nutzung intelligenter Technologien durch Personen wird als Hybrid Intelligence (HI) bezeichnet. Algorithmische Systeme werden in diesem Beitrag zunächst in einer Kultur der Digitalität verortet. Daran anknüpfend erfolgen Überträge auf die berufliche Bildung im Allgemeinen und auf die Pflegeausbildung im Besonderen.
