Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch die Implementierung digital agiler Lehr-Lernsettings können Lernende notwendige Kompetenzen generieren, die in einer „VUCA-Welt“ benötigt werden und welche in traditionellen Settings nur schwer gefördert werden können. Am Beispiel des Berufsfelds Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft zeigt dieser Beitrag auf, wie Lernfelder mit agilen Projektmethoden umgesetzt und innovative Lerngegenstände wie der 3D-Lebensmitteldrucker Zugang in den Bildungskontext finden können.
