Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Betrieb ist neben der Berufsschule und anderen außerbetrieblichen Lernorten der zentrale Ort beruflichen Lernens für Auszubildende und seit einigen Jahren auch für dual Studierende. Dieser Lernort soll unter verschiedenen Aspekten beleuchtet werden. Wir machen auf die aus unserer Sicht erhebliche Lücke zwischen den didaktischen und pädagogischen Vorschlägen für eine handlungsorientierte Ausbildung auf der einen und der tatsächlichen Ausbildungspraxis auf der anderen Seite aufmerksam und überlegen, wie sie geschlossen werden kann. Angesichts einer mehrschichtigen Transformation der Arbeit aufgrund von Akademisierung, Digitalisierung und Dekarbonisierung werden zudem aktuelle und perspektivische Aufgabenstellungen für die betriebliche Ausbildungspraxis aufgerufen.
