Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Duale Berufsbildungssystem ist geprägt durch die an der Ausbildung beteiligten Institutionen und deren komplementären Bildungsaufträge. Die Intentionen, die mit der Etablierung der Berufsschule verbunden waren, zielten stets auf eine, über die reine Berufsqualifizierung hinausgehende, (berufliche) Bildung ab. Diesem Bildungsauftrag gerecht zu werden, erfordert u. a. ein spezifisches Didaktisches Design, welches auf einem Fundament von didaktischen Theorien und Modellen basiert; denn der Lernort Berufsschule ist gekennzeichnet durch eine enorme Vielfalt an Lehrinhalten und eine große Heterogenität der Schülerschaft in verschiedensten Dimensionen.
