Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Didaktik der metalltechnischen Berufe orientiert sich immer weniger am Werkstoff „Metall“ oder dem Objekt „Maschine“. Vielmehr sind die zeitlich relativ stabilen beruflichen Handlungsfelder in der Industrie und im Handwerk für die Inhaltsbestimmung und -strukturierung gut geeignet, um mittels berufsdidaktischer Analysen tragfähige Unterrichts- und Ausbildungskonzeptionen zu entwickeln. Aufgaben, die – je nach Beruf – zu beruflichen Kompetenzen etwa für das Fertigen, das Produzieren, das Instandhalten oder das Herstellen von Produkten und – gerade im Handwerk – zu zufriedenstellenden Dienstleistungen für den Kunden führen, sind für Lehr- und Lernprozesse prägend.
