Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die effektive Kommunikation nachhaltiger Hotelangebote. Die Autoren betonen, dass positive Handlungen kommuniziert werden sollten. Es werden Instrumente der Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation sowie die Vorteile von Marketingkooperationen besprochen. Auch die Bedeutung von Auszeichnungen zur Würdigung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen wird behandelt. Das Kapitel schließt mit einer praxisorientierten Checkliste zur Umsetzungsunterstützung.
