Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird die Forschung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit im Hospitality-Management behandelt. Die Autoren unterstreichen die Wichtigkeit dieses Forschungsfeldes und präsentieren Trends und Erkenntnisse. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird dabei dem Einfluss wissenschaftlicher Forschung auf die Umsetzung von ESG-Prinzipien gewidmet, um nachhaltige Praktiken in der Branche zu fördern.
