Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel analysiert Methoden und Ansätze zur Bewertung des Return on Investment (ROI) von Re- und Upskilling-Programme in Organisationen. Es behandelt die Bedeutung von harten und weichen Metriken und weist darauf hin, dass viele Unternehmen trotz des wachsenden Bewusstseins für Datenanalyse Schwierigkeiten haben, ihre Bildungsmaßnahmen effektiv zu bewerten. Etablierte Modelle wie das Kirkpatrick-Modell und das Phillips-ROI-Modell werden vorgestellt und ihre Anwendung in der Unternehmenspraxis erläutert. Zudem wird die Synergie von qualitativen und quantitativen Analysen betont. Das Kapitel schließt mit praktischen Empfehlungen zur effektiven Erfassung und Steigerung des Mehrwerts von Bildungsinitiativen und liefert einen fundierten Rahmen für strategische Bildungsentscheidungen zur Förderung des nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolgs.
