Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird aufgezeigt, wie Re- und Upskillingmaßnahmen systematisiert und strukturiert werden können. Um passgenaue Re- und Upskillingprogramme zu entwickeln, bedarf es eines Kompetenzmodells, welches den Rahmen für die auf die Bedürfnisse, Anforderungen und Ziele zugeschnittenen Entwicklungsmaßnahmen von Unternehmen abbildet. Nachdem zunächst ein allgemeines Verständnis für Kompetenzmanagement aufgezeigt wird, wird näher auf das Kompetenz Mapping und auch auf die Faktoren für das Erstellen eines passgenauen Komptenzmodells eingegangen. Bestehende und allgemeingültige Kompetenzmodelle werden beleuchtet und auch miteinander verglichen. Darauf aufbauend wird der Transformationsprozess aufgezeigt, wie die aus dem Kompetenzmodell abgeleiteten Re- und Upskillingmaßnahmen zur Höherqualifizierung von Mitarbeitenden besser bewerkstelligt werden können. Das Kapitel schließt mit dem Aufzeigen der Voraussetzungen und Rahmenbedingungen, die wirksames Re- und Upskilling begünstigen. Dazu gehört auch das dauerhafte Antizipieren und Integrieren von Future Skills Trainingsmaßnahmen.
