Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die sich verändernden Anforderungen an die heutigen Arbeitskräfte erfordern vielfältige und innovative Strategien zur Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von Organisationen und Individuen zugeschnitten sind. Um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben, müssen Unternehmen möglicherweise Qualifikationslücken schließen, sich auf Branchenveränderungen einstellen, regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllen und gegebenenfalls Karrierechancen maximieren, um talentierte Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen und binden. Auf individueller Ebene können gezielte Bildungsmaßnahmen oder die bewusste Nutzung vorhandener Lernressourcen helfen, berufliche Übergänge erfolgreich zu bewältigen und die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit sowie Karriereperspektiven zu verbessern. In diesem Kapitel werden die sich im Laufe der Zeit wandelnden Perspektiven auf die Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen beleuchtet und einen Überblick über einige der maßgeblichen Trends gegeben, die derzeit Einfluss auf diesen Bereich nehmen. Aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse und Unternehmenspraktiken werden diskutiert, um ein tieferes Verständnis der aktuellen Dynamiken in der Qualifizierung zu ermöglichen. Dabei werden einige der gängigsten Strategien zur Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen definiert, wichtige Fragen und Nuancen behandelt und deren Relevanz für Organisationen und Einzelpersonen untersucht.
