Abstract

Zusammenfassung Weil ich den Menschen in den Fokus der Markenentwicklung und -führung stelle, möchte ich Wege aufzeigen, wie das ganzheitliche Potenzial der Markenmacher sowie ihrer Teams aus dem Verborgenen ins Bewusstsein befördert werden kann. Befasst man sich mit den Ursprungsprozessen der Metamorphose von der Raupe zum Schmetterling wird klar, warum dieser erste Prozessabschnitt so entscheidend ist für den weiteren Verlauf. Es geht um Dich – um die Entwicklung einer achtsamen Grundhaltung und um einen Realitätscheck hinsichtlich Deiner eigenen Identität im Kontext Deines unternehmerischen Wirkens. Ich hoffe, Du kommst dabei genau wie ich ins Staunen über die Wunderkraft schöpferischen Lebens und bekommst richtig Lust darauf, es der Raupe gleich zu tun und Deine persönlichen inneren Schätze zu heben.
