Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es wird in diesem Kapitel der aktuelle Forschungsstand zum Thema „Messbarkeit von Unternehmenskultur“ wiedergegeben. Der vorliegende Beitrag orientiert sich an meiner ausführlichen Literaturrecherche/Studie und gibt die wesentlichen Ergebnisse dieser Studie wieder. Die ermittelten Messinstrumente werden nach Handhabbarkeit, Untersuchungsdesign, Erfassungsmethoden und Abdeckung der Ebenen des Drei-Ebenen-Modells nach Schein kategorisiert und bewertet. Zusätzlich werden Fallstricke bei der Messung von Unternehmenskultur benannt. Ein Fokus dieses Kapitels liegt in der Untersuchung der Aussagekraft der einzelnen Messverfahren, die nach qualitativen und quantitativen Erfassungsmethoden untergliedert werden. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Anwendbarkeit und den Nutzen einer Messung von Unternehmenskultur gegeben. Dem Lesenden werden dazu elf unterschiedliche Messverfahren vorgestellt. Diese Übersicht kann für das eigene Unternehmen eine Hilfestellung für die Auswahl eines Messverfahrens oder einer Vorgehensweise darstellen.
