Abstract

Zusammenfassung Braucht die Unternehmenskultur in Zeiten von Industrie 4.0 einen neuen Ansatz? Wie sieht es mit der Wechselwirkung von digitaler Transformation, Geschäftsmodell und Unternehmenskultur aus? In diesem Beitrag geht es um die „neuen Akteure“ im sozialen System eines Unternehmens. Deren Bedeutung nimmt ständig zu. In vielen Branchen haben sie bereits einen festen Platz gefunden und sind dabei Unternehmen grundlegend zu verändern. Diese Veränderungen gehen immer schneller und haben erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Beziehung Mensch und Technologie und damit auf die Unternehmenskultur. Diese muss sich zwangsläufig verändern, wenn Unternehmen das Potenzial der neuen Akteure voll ausschöpfen und sich damit am Markt behaupten wollen. Manche Veränderungen in der Unternehmenskultur sind nicht neu. Sie bekommen durch die „neuen Akteure“ aber eine neue Bedeutung und Wertigkeit. Sie sind notwendige Schritte, die spätestens jetzt bei der Einführung von Künstlicher Intelligenz umgesetzt werden müssen. Wie kann Unternehmenskultur 4.0 neu gelebt werden? Der Beitrag will Wege zur chancengleichen Unternehmenskultur aufzeigen. Welche Chancen und Herausforderungen für den Geschäftserfolg eines Unternehmens bringt dieser neue Ansatz mit sich? Nach der Industrie 4.0 steht schon Industrie 5.0 am Start. Wie wird die Unternehmenskultur 5.0 aussehen? Ein kurzer Ausblick auf eine neue Epoche.
