Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Wirtschaft reicht es nicht, einfach nur gute und wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen. Allzu oft müssen die Wachstumszahlen auch noch kontinuierlich bzw. sogar exponentiell steigen, um die versprochenen Unternehmensziele zu erreichen. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass sich Wachstum aber nicht einfach „ansagen“ lässt, sondern das Ergebnis von harter, langwieriger Arbeit ist. Dabei benötigt ein Unternehmen neben dem Mut, unterschiedliche Arbeitsweisen innerhalb seiner Organisation zuzulassen, immer auch eine große Portion Glück.
