Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach erfolgreichen agilen Piloten (z. B. mit Scrum) fragen sich viele Unternehmen, wie agile Vorgehensweisen für das Unternehmen insgesamt aussehen können. Dabei wird allzu oft nach dem einen Framework für alles gesucht: LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale etc. Das sieht dann auf dem Papier gut aus, schränkt aber die Kraft von Agilität unnötig ein. Dieser Beitrag diskutiert, wie Unternehmen ihre agile Reise gestalten können, um das Potenzial agiler Denk- und Arbeitsweisen voll auszuschöpfen. Es stellt dar, wie maximale Freiheit und Agilität mit der notwendigen Governance harmonieren können.
